Payment terms:

Registration is effective upon receipt of payment.

Registrations can be paid:

• By bank transfer (details provided during the registration process)

• By Visa or Mastercard credit card

Cancellation terms:

All cancellations must be notified in writing to Hopscotch Congrès. The postmark or date of dispatch of the email will be used to determine the amount refundable.

• Until 2 April inclusive, an administration fee will be charged for all cancellations.

• From 3 April onwards, no refunds will be made.
